Vendor Rules for Swap Meets

1. Set up to be completed Sat. morning by 8:00 am, no set up allowed the day before.
2. Call Ray Brinkmann 309-255-1939, to reserve your booth and receive table info. Rubber pucks (4″ square) will be under your table legs and extras are available. These are located in blue square buckets throughout the center aisle. Booths divided by roped blue flags. NO CHAIRS WILL BE PROVIDED.
3. Items for sale /swap is limited to ALL makes of stoneware, pottery, and related memorabilia.
4. Complimentary coffee and breakfast items served at the food court. Water is provided in 20-gallon crocks with blue lids throughout the complex.
5. Restrooms are in museum; however, 2 porta potties (1 men, 1 women) are located outside close to vendor tents.
6. Hotel reservations: Rooms are reserved for the Friday prior to Festival.
